When she entered the real estate business, she was living in Hoboken, NJ, just across the river from New York City. It was right before the downturn of the economy: housing inventory was high, mortgages were difficult to obtain, buyers & sellers were nervous. “Navigating through these difficult times proved to be a challenging but ultimately a rewarding learning experience. I learned how important it was to develop close relationships with my clients and to be on top of every last detail when dealing with attornies, mortgage companies and appraisers. In retrospect it was a good time to enter the industry because if you could get through those times, you can survive just about any market condition!”
For over a decade, Beth was also closely involved in the daily operations of local NJ property management and high end real estate development companies. This has provided her with additional valuable expertise that she often calls upon when clients have questions about how property management works or when they want to perform renovations on their home.
Now a Santa Barbara resident, Beth combines her diverse real estate expertise with 15+ years of consumer marketing experience to offer her clients unparalleled real estate service and resources.
